Welcome to our monthly update!

This month we have started listing coins on coinxchange to widen our audience. Initially coins are being selected from our Specials.

In August we completed updating our Crowns offering on the Rare Coins Australia website and added additional crowns to our discounted specials.

We have added both new Roman and English coins to our listings. Our new coin of the month is the exquisite Domitian silver denarius shown below. Domitian was the last of Twelve Caesars, meeting his end by assassination with help from his wife after an authoritarian reign of terror. He did though maintain support from citizens and soldiers, stabilised the economy and value of silver coins, and embarked on a massive building program including the Flavian Palace and Stadium of Domitian.

In September we will update our halfcrown descriptions and add more halfcrowns to our website.
