Rare Coins Australia is located in Canberra, Australia.

To make an order simply email the address below identifying the coin/s required.

Coins are sold on a first come first served basis. Once an order is made and payment provided, coins will be mailed via registered post.

Shipping

Coins are shipped using registered mail and tracking.

Domestic (Australian) postage cost is $10 per parcel and free for orders over $200. Insurance, if required, is at cost.

International postage is $20 for normal parcels and $40 for express delivery. Insurance, if required, is at cost.

Payment

Payment for coins, including postage and insurance, is required before dispatch.

Payment can be made using Bank Transfer or PayPal.

FAQs

Will I receive an invoice?
An invoice will be issued following placement of an order.

Is GST payable on purchase.

GST, where applicable, is included in the coin cost and no additional GST cost is payable.

Can I return a coin after purchase?
Coins may be returned for any reason but they mustn’t be damaged or removed from the coin holder. Mailing a return should be by registered mail and will be at the cost of the purchaser. A full refund on the purchase price will be made as soon as return is received.

What if my coin is lost in the mail?

If insurance has not been used, the purchaser bears the cost of any loss in transit. However loss has never occurred to date.

Can I have some photos of my coin/s?
Photos can be sent electronically at the time of dispatch if requested.

Offers on coins at below advertised prices will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
