As the end of another year draws near and the festive season approaches, remember that coins can make wonderful and memorable gifts and solid investments at the same time.

It has been a good year for Rare Coins Australia with many new additions to our offerings and increasing sales.

We have also restructured to focus more on English and Roman coins, both of which continue to grow.

We have sold out our pre-decimal Australian coins but have retained some Proclamation coins which will be extended along perhaps with a few Australian rarities at some time in the future.

In the meantime we have been adding to the RCA website and will revamp its structure in the New Year.

The Spink catalogue of Coins of England and the United Kingdom has just been released so we look forward to seeing how the English market values are changing. Meanwhile Roman coin values have been appreciating at a brisk rate.
