Welcome to our March monthly update!

In February we completed our RCA full catalogue of coins which is currently available on request from rarecoinsaustralia@gmail.com. It will be accessible through our website soon.

A new initiative is to sell our coins through eBay with the aim of reaching a larger audience. In February we posted 15 coins to eBay under ‘RCAcoins’. You will see some coins on our website with photos and descriptions but others that are not. Note the pricing on eBay is more dynamic- this will be reflected on our website but not in our 6-monthly catalogue.

A second initiative has been to establish a page dedicated to Celtic and early Anglo Saxon coins – an offering we intend to grow. A few coins have been added already. We are also expanding early English monarchs as they are underrepresented. Expect so see a few more high end iconic coins too.

So far in 2026 we have focused mostly on English coins. As they are in short supply in Australia we are sourcing more worldwide. Unfortunately this comes at a cost with additional import duties levied.

In March we will be focusing on eBay listings, repricing our website coins to reflect very recent currency changes, and adding selected English and Roman coins.
