Welcome to our October update from the UK!

At this specific time there are few options in Australia for purchasing new high quality English and Roman coins to sell through RCA. There is simply a limited number of coins available.

Hence I am in the UK for 2 months checking on what is available here. By and large there is a good range of stock available across all categories although prices are fairly high. This isn’t helped by the strength of the English pound against the Australian dollar.

Of great interest here are the coin collections held in museums. These include numerous discovered hoards of both English and Roman coins, especially gold and silver. The coins displayed are often of superior quality- any collector’s dream.

Despite the lack of quality coins currently available in Australia, RCA’s comprehensive offerings are still outstanding.
